Rent is somewhat high but it's in a great location and the grounds are amazing for a students/young professional

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely love living in these apartments. Great area — The price is just right for the space. The appliances and look are up to date and current. Compared to most 1 bedroom apartments, this layout and look is unique. The area is so convenient to downtown, 12 south and other fun areas. To the right is busy 8th avenue with restaurants and shops. To the left is a quite residential neighborhood leading to the awesome 12 south area. The other residents are generally respectful as far as noise level. There are however, a lot of dogs that bark regularly while their owners are gone.
